Fast times at Mesa CC

With the Phoenix economy/job market, Seth is applying to just about anything and hasn't landed anything yet. Its a daily job to fill out application after application and if anybody has been up that creek before you know he's a champion for it.
We decided that its best for him to use the non-working time wisely and get back to school (does anybody else start talking like Adam Sandler when they say that?!) and finish his AA- he's so close to finishing from previous classes already. We tried to get him enrolled full time, but we're still in the out of state enrollment category and the full time student price tag was a bit crazy so he's taking 2 classes 2 days a week and loving it. We're really excited for him to gat back to school and get his degree. He's also taking an institute class next to campus because he just wants to- that's my Seth.
We've also decided to start up our own design business- Melonhead Design- its been a dream of Seth's for years and what would be a better time to do it? Neither one of us has much a clue on how to go about with the details of it, but we're learning step by step and putting the pieces together. More to come on that later as it comes together.
Work for me is rolling along. I've been switched to the evening shifts and am liking it so much more. Its a much different, more laid-back group of people and it suits me. Benefits start this week and we're VERY excited! This is the first job that I've had that offers them, well, atleast health benefits rather than just the travel variety. I've already scheduled my first Dr appointment and its not as an emergency because I'm feeling deathly ill- its great!
I wish I had some pice to post, but we've been so focused on getting our lives in order that we haven't taken any recently. I'll be sure and get on that.
